Shrivik Industries established in 1992 at Ambattur Industrial Estate Chennai. Founded by Mr.V. Raju, Engineer by profession with 14 years of work experience in Automotive. Unit - II Started in 2003 as an expansion to meet out the customer's requirement of increased volumes and with New Components Developments. Pressure Die Casting Unit Started in 2009 to cater our requirements for Self Reliance under the name M/s ARC Die casting.

Unit III started in 2009 with dedicated CNC Cells for manufacturing Fuel Feed Pumps and Connecting Rods. Unit IV started in 2013 for manufacturing of Fuel Injector & Pump components to export. Forging Unit Started in 2014 under the name of M/s ARJ forgings. New Unit Started in 2019 at Ambattur to Relocate the Unit III Functions for better management of Man Power crisis faced at Sriperumbudur.
